Sterling Health MCS is committed to making access to healthcare simple and seamless. Members can receive care at approved healthcare providers within our network according to the terms of their health plan.<\/p>\n

The belows are steps inolves in claims processing<\/p>\n

Step 1: Verify Your Eligibility<\/h3>\n

  • \nEnsure your membership is active.\n<\/li>\n
  • \nPresent your membership ID at the healthcare facility.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Step 2: Visit a Network Provider<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \nChoose a hospital or clinic within the provider network.\n<\/li>\n
    • \nInform the provider that you are covered by Sterling Health MCS.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Step 3: Receive Treatment<\/h3>\n

      • \nThe provider will verify your coverage.\n<\/li>\n
      • \nEligible services will be handled according to your plan benefits.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Step 4: Claims Review<\/h3>\n
